Thank you so much for your encouraging comments. I' m glad to be here and see so many awesome creations.
I hadnt seen the exact design somewhere. I started making a plain denim dress, which I never wore because it was so boring!!! Some months after I decided to decorated it. I put the lace to brighten it up and make it more modest (the neckline was a little low). It became much better but still boring. So I did the hand stitching to give it some more white detail, emphasize the seams and create vertical lines which I think make me look slimmer.
