Has anyone seen the Swim Class dolls in the stores yet? I have seen them on-line but I haven't even seen a tag for them in the stores yet. I really want to collect all the Venus dolls but I don't want to pay the exaggerated prices on-line. Are they exclusive to one store?

I have not seen them in Target, Toys R Us, or Walmart. I did find on 2 websites people said they found them in Kmart. Hope that helps.

I bought one of them at the Justice store near my office.  The prices are crazy, but they give you a 50% off a future purchase thing (if you spend enough).  I haven't seen them at any of the stores with "regular" prices (TRU, WalMart, Meijer, etc).

GRRrrrr. They did not get any Deuce Gorgon dolls at the TRU and saw on Target website they had it "In Stock" at a couple close stores, went to both and nothing. Called a further one who also had it listed in stock at the store and she said "there aren't any here and the reason it shows in stock is that they list all the Scaris dolls under the same number". Sad

I did finish my second project last night. Really happy with how my things are turning out.

I have a K-mart on my way home that I am going to check out. Thanks! I saw they had them in the website for a reasonable price but then you add shipping and it's about $8 more.  Tongue

I went to Hobby Lobby just now and found the perfect thing for my large item. Gonna go work on it!

I now have four small items: two I made completely and two that were modified from something else.
I want to do a medium but I'm not sure what yet. I'm should get a chance to go to Hobby Lobby and Michael's this weekend, if all goes well. Maybe I'll get an idea while I'm poking about. If I don't go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's, maybe I'll get an idea at Walmart.

I am progressing, but slowly.  Of course, my daughter wants one of everything I make, and I always want to keep one so I have a reference.

I have 3 of a small item about 2/3 done -- that's 3 to send, 12 total

I have another set of items about 1/3 done.  Since those are all different colors, I don't know how many are to send and how many are to keep.  I think there are about 9 of those stacked up ready for paint, and there are parts for another 5 or 6 in my purse.

I found the pattern and supplies for one of the large items.  Still need to cut and assemble that.

If you have the means, make it for you too. I know I'm wanting to make one of the items I made for me, too.
