Okay, I'm kind of thinking out loud here, but what about some sayings about the power of art?  Like "Art Rocks"  "Art Transforms Lives"  "Make Art-Make Life"  Okay, these are probably pretty dorky, but I think you know what I mean.  This is a great project.  I had a hard time getting your link to work, so I think this might help:

on the artists helping children site there is a link to buy the bags at a discount, at 60cents a piece to people making them for artists helping children <3
