Hello craftsters  Grin

Here is my new favourite dress. It is some sort of synthetic stretchy knit in the BEST black and white stripe I have ever come across.  The mesh is reclaimed from a sassy nighty that was not fulfilling its true potential.  I wanted to experiment with interesting neckline shapes and contours in a knit.  I am quite happy with the result, particularly the sweetheart and the back collar bit.  For some reason it makes me feel quite French... certainly the beret adds to the effect:

I did not get a very good full length front image.  I will go with this no-leg one  Smiley:

Thanks for the kind words!  I would like to move onto something more complicated like this: http://img1.etsystatic.com/004/0/5365128/il_fullxfull.357249117_en0q.jpg <I looovvee the super-hero-meets-retro-vixen look of this top.  I have trouble sewing contours in knits, so the stripey dress was a good practice run!
