My hands are aching!  I have been rolling so intensely for the past few weeks.  I finished the 8 x 10 that completes (for now) the collection of my friend.

My friend gave me a picture for inspiration for this tree along with a small description of it's meaning.  They live in mid Michigan and each time they drive North they stop before this large tree.  The kids call it Mom's perfect tree.  He also noted that 'You should see the tree in Fall!  Holy smokes!"  Well, that was all it took and I was off and rolling.

No matter how I have tried, I cannot get the colors right in a photo.  The oranges are brighter and the color overall has much more depth.  As always, the picture is better in person.  I just got Adobe Light Box - but I have no idea how to use it.

Here is the picture my friend sent for inspiration:

And here are all three pictures my friend has collected from me together.  I used many of the same colors in all three since they will be displayed together.  I hope they all work.

Thank you both!  I was worried they would not go together.  It is so nice to get the opinions of people outside of my own family Wink

I don't know much about quilling, but I've been so taken with your work.  All your pieces are amazing, and I love the detail you achieve in them.
