Early February in Los Angeles means that Iím planning my summer wardrobe. Iím only half kidding.

Not only were all the fabrics used for this tank scraps, but they were scraps from projects that I sold. That is stash-busting with a vengeance! Also, it took about 20 minutes.

The yoke fabric is a cotton-lycra blend, and the awesome geo-delic print at the bottom is pure synthetic. I feel like I need a red bra to wear with this.

BTW, I totally just wore this outfit to my doctorís office. I tried to put on regular pants, but just couldnít do it, and every single person who I encountered did a head-to-toe double take. Also, all you ladies get your HPV vaccines ASAP.

WOW!!  I *love* your leggings! How did you treat your seams?  I am nearly speechless with awe.  I play roller derby and would be oh so happy to make some crazy leggings to skate in.  This totally ROCKS!

I am in LOVE with these. The colours are just FANTASTIC. I am in awe of your bravery to wear them to the doctors office - although these seem like the kind of clothes that are just awesome enough to inspire confidence. Cheesy

I have a serger (Juki mo654de) which makes knit fabrics wonderful to work with.

I would love to costume a roller derby team; I should make that happen!

The first thing I did with my serger is break a needle.  I've made Spandex booty shorts with my regular sewing machine, but I ought to become one with my serger to make sweet leggings like yours.  <still drooling>
