I wanted to make cookies (because they are so fun to eat) that would also work for Valentine's Day!  I decided to try to remake those little Valentines I would pass out in school, but as cookies!

These were originally posted on Instructables: http://www.instructables.com/id/Valentine-Cookies/

Supplies:

Directions:

I was able to make 15 cookies and make 3x the icing which worked out perfectly.

I made the dough and used a pizza cutter to cut out rectangles.  Baked them and frosted them and then just went to town with candy melts!  It's fun!  Below are all the different ones I made.  You can make them all the same or make them all different; it's up to you Smiley
