Pergamano

Has anyone done this craft before? I am obsessed with it. It is embroidery, embossing, card making all on parchment paper.

I've never even seen that before but it sure looks beautiful! I imagine you could use similar patterns and tutorials for other paper cutting crafts but just use velum instead. You should try it!!

Looking for cardmaking ideas I found parchment craft/pergamano about 2 years ago online. I learned it myself from the internet. Youtube has some videos on this. There are also many websites about this hobby. Also the designers of the patterns offer lots of free patterns . I myself like to do white work. There is a starter kit by the brand Pergamano. I have that plus some other Aus PCA tools and paper. It takes time and patience and practise but can be a wonderful hobby to learn and enjoy. If possible take a class if it is available in your area. There are also forums where you can ask questions. There are specialist shops that sell  parchment craft products , unfortunately the one in UK I used to buy from closed shop. Some hobby shops also sell pergamano/parchment craft items. Besides the pergamano brand there is also an Australian brand of quality tools ParchCraft Australia ,  PCA . There are also colour parchment papers available. But I use the original paper greyish for the whitework. Just google "parchment craft" and google "pergamano" and view images /websites. Enjoy !
