For the bag I used a free pattern by Eloleo: http://eloleo.blogspot.nl/2010/01/het-krinloop-project-handleiding.html (love it, I made a lot of them, http://www.kloske.nl/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=47&Itemid=81!)
The tissue cover is inspired by a pin http://pinterest.com/pin/173177548143418649/, very easy to make
And the little zipperbag is from a Dutch book: Zo geknipt!
