Just got my mini quilt from Waggonswest. It is so cute I love it so much. I know she made it as a table runner, but I like it too much to put my books and drinks on it, so I am going to hang it. Hopefully I get to hang it in my craft room, and it doesn't get stolen by my husband for his office.
Thank you Waggonswest, it's perfect.

I love the cat on the sewing machine, playing with the thread is something I could totally see a cat doing.  and I love the cute patchwork on the machine
The typewriter is cute and I love the detailed letters.
I love the super hero quilt and the skinny long shape.

Wow! All these fabulous quilts are blowing me away.

The superhero table runner is so cute. I really like the abstract styling.

The typewriter is blowing me away.  I cannot quite make out what has been typed (I am guessing the numbers poem) I would love to hear more about the techniques used.

Love the cat on the sewing machine, because I could just see my cat doing that.  Thankfully she never has, though she did once pick all of my pins out of my pincushion.  Got to love cats  Wink

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.

Thanks for all the nice comments about the typewriter quilt! Ellarain- I used printable fabric for the poem and the typewriter keys. And for the Royal image, I made an iron on transfer image. I used silver shiny fabric for the metal pieces, corduroy for the side wheels that would turn the paper (don't know the "technical" term). I appliqued all the pieces down Smiley
I uploaded the other picture from my phone. Here's a better shot.

Thanks for the great swap pioneer9!
