Yes the pattern is by Jennifer Ofenstein and is available here (http://www.fandominstitches.com/2011/05/harry-potter.html) along with a whole bunch of other Harry Potter blocks.

My partner received today Cheesy but is unable to post pics, so I'm posting on her behalf-- she had an interest in gypsy/ Mexican embroidery designs, so this is a quilted interpretation...wi th a mix of embroidery, applique, and some beads/adornments.
