I made this fish cake for my son's 5th birthday. It was super simple. Just a square cake set at an angle and then cut a tail from a round cake. The scales are marshmallows.

Oh so clever with the twisting of the square cake.  The marshmallow scales make for a really great effect.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.
