Wow Koreena! I'm alsway sso happy to see my yarn worked up. I was going to go post that on the Spun to Finished thread but Ic an't seem to find a picture that I'm sure I took of it to share on Fiber Friday so I guess I won't. But yay! You used it already! How as it? Did you like using hand spun? Was it to lumpy? It looks even better knit up than I thought it would. Yay!

Wait a min... YOU made this?? I am now even more impressed by your talent than I already was before! The yarn was so soft and comfortable to work with- Love, love, loved it  Smiley  Sorry for not getting a picture of it before diving in... Was too excited to wait. The texture is awesome, no lumps to complain about Smiley  I have just a little left... Looking for the right last project to use it in!

Heck yeah I made it. I'm not just going to send you some random yarn I found, pah! That's why I didn't send more, it was hand spun. Don't you know I spin? Silly lady. That comment sure makes me feel good, though. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Koreena Love your mug cozy! I LOVE cabling.  But I am pretty sure my knitting skills will never get to that point.  Great job on the Spinning Jexxican, gorgeous.

phoenixfiredesigns LOVE Love the tree pendant with the different shades  of blue.  It is so soothing.  The bird pendant is really cute too.

I got this beautiful package from Koreena while I was away on vacation.  Life happened to her and it was delayed, but the items made up for the delay (and then some) I appreciate her communication and follow through and WOW what great items!

Rainbow arm waters/fingerless gloves from my pintrest (the length is PERFECT!)
A tiny matching purse with the cutest rainbow button art closures
Yummy treats and a Body Shop raspberry lip balm
Thank you!

Ooh! This came up in recent with pics... I just LOVE those arm warmers, the colours are fab. What is that kind of yarn called, that colourway? I want everything in that. Socks, sweaters, blankets. It's gorgeous! Awesome chartreuse trim too, yummy.

Yaaay! Glad you like them Amanda, and thanks for understanding with the delay.  When I saw your boards, I knew for sure that I wanted to do something rainbow-y for you... I know you're in a warm climate, but figure these will be good for cooler nights or air conditioned places? They're "inspired" by the warmers on your board.   The little bag... Knowing that you're a stylist, I was thinking that maybe you could use it for brushes or other little things? That was my thought anyway Smiley And chocolate and Body Shop... Bonuses I know I always love to receive!

As for the yarn, craftylittlemonkey- Isn't it awesome?? To be honest, I wasn't overly excited about how the gloves worked up, but I think I'm more matchy-matchy than I like to believe Smiley I got it at our local fancy yarn shop- am not as talented as Jexxican & have to fork out for lovely yarns! It is A Japanese wool called "Noro", the colourway is "Kureyon". Glad you like it so much!

Koreena live your mug cozy! I live cabling.  But I am pretty sure my crochetting skills will never get to tbucket point.

Oh- I forgot to say - My best advice re: cables = Just try it!!! YouTube & a good (easy) pattern are essential.  It is WAAAAY easier than it looks, and people will be in awe Smiley Definitely a deceptively easy trick to learn! You can DO it!
