2K. madder silk yarn Sole Naturelle: 100% noil silk, approx. 8 oz., 900 yds., approx. 28 sts per 4" on US 1-3 or 2.25-3.25mm. Dyed with madder/alum, turned out a salmonish color, some variation in tone paler/darker. In skein form. (2)

Thanks for the project, lxm.  This was fun to think about and execute.  I used some stiff plastic stuff I found at the thrift store for the dividers and as the tab at the bottom to sew everything together.  I think these will stand up to wear.  I'm making mine next!
