I was inspired by this project to make a postcard themed bracelet for my pal Calabaza. It was quite the time, let me tell ya! I found the postcard images from an etsy seller and followed the instructions on the Shrinky Dink package to print them out, cut, and bake. This is what happened:

Times that by three plus experimenting with left over scraps, and I finally reached out for help. Thankfully Holly at 504 Main (the above mentioned inspiration project) helped me out and we chatted about what was going wrong. I think the instructions on the package said to heat at 250-300, but I cant remember for sure (and I could have misread it as well). I think I ended up setting the oven at 375 and FINALLY they stopped sticking together. I had one sheet left to make the rest of the links and have some extras left over.

At least it turned out well in the end! And C likes it, and thats all that matters. Smiley

It's so pretty!  I'm glad you finally found success, it was totally worth it!  The bag is adorable, as well!

I don't like it, I LOVE it! I'm going to wear it to work tomorrow 'cause it'll just be staff- no kids around to booger up my precious bracelet  Smiley . I have it all set out ready to go!
