Hello crafters and lovely admins!
I wanted to put up a new topic, and maybe you can help me figure out where to put it and how to express it to the community. What I wanted to discuss is how to package things so that they can get through the USPS quickly and smoothly (and intact-ly)
I work at a USPS sorting and distribution center, so I spend all day putting packages and letters on the machinery that sorts them. I have seen what works well, and what doesn't work well, and what tends to get packages and letters mis-sent or destroyed on the machinery.
Is there someplace I can explain the best way to package your items for the USPS? And then maybe if anyone has suggestions from other countries' postal services, they can add them? Or personal experience on the matter? I feel really sad when I see things get delayed because someone didn't understand how the mail gets processed, and I wanna spread the word!
Is there interest?

Thanks for the help!

If you want to speak about it in terms of swapping, you can post in the Talk about the Swap Process board: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=187.0

If you want to speak about it in terms of business shipping, you can post it in Crafty Business Discussion: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=58.0

Hope that helps!
