I have some beautiful, soft, embroidered wool felt which I bought last year in a sale. I have about 2 metres of it and have been putting off and putting off using it becaue I don't want to waste it, I want something i will wear regularly to show off its beauty.
it's very similar to this, but finer.

it has the design on each selvedge and is 46" wide.

I originally thought perhaps a cape, but I am 4ft 8" high, overweight, very busty and am conscious a cape could make me look shorter, fatter and incredibly boobalicious.

so... suggestions? I was considering another skirt like this one, but am not sure.

so, thoughts? thanks!!

This material make me think about stuff the brand Desigual do.

On a short skirt (knee length) it works really well.
