Fiber Enabler

Do you ladies know about SOAR??  It's the InterWeave's magazine Spin-Off Autumn Retreat

This year it will be held just a couple hours away from me.  I sure would like to go, but (insert :sob: here lol) I am financially strapped since my work lay-off and disability.  I am going to try for the SOAR scholarship ... full ride.

Why??  Because I really do consider myself a Fiber Enabler.  I know there have been folks on this board that have ventured into the fiber arts because of my encouragement.  They've always asked how they could ever repay me for this wonderful adventure ...  well here is the way.

To complete the scholarship, I need at least 3 letters of recommendations>

Three letters of recommendation:

> These should be from persons familiar with your abilities and interests, such as guild members, mentors, and fellow spinning enthusiasts. (We advise against asking family members to write your letters of recommendation.)
> Recommendation letters are to address experience with you as a spinner and why you would be a qualified recipient.
> These letters may be sent separately via email (to aclarkemoore@interweave.com) by your recommenders or included with your application. If they are being sent by someone else, have them include your name (first and last) in the subject of their email. All letters of recommendation must also arrive by March 6, 2013.

So ... my sweet fiber 'pupils' from years ago who have now made a name for themselves ....  Could you, Would you, do this for me??

Please PM me

I appreciate it more than you know!
