I think I finally have my design narrowed down...I've been sketching for days!  I'm now off to see if I can find the fabric I invision in my head!

Want to swap ATC's?  huh, huh, do ya?

I know what design I want to use I just need to figure out how I'm getting it into the fabric. I did find the missing piece I was looking for. It is not exactly what I had in mind but I think it is going to look great. If not I have a backup plan.

so most of my embroidery stuff is in louisiana and i am in arkansas. went to the craft store today to pick out a few things, ran across supplies for this other technique that has absolutely nothing to do with embroidery that i decided of course, i want to incorporate into this hoop. picked up supplies. heehee. of course, the problem is the way i'm planning on doing this it may be too bulky to fit into a hoop. =( will have to figure something out. if it's round like a hoop, and equipped to hang on the wall like a hoop, and there is embroidery involved, can i still call it a hoopla even if there's not actually an actual hoop? =)

Glue A worked, but glue B didn't (which would have allowed me to not have a back attachment like A requires to bond) but I'm thinking I'll just sow them on anyway, because the saw is too difficult for my headache'd noggin to deal with, and I need to get started Cheesy

When I got down to Florida, my husband told me he got an email saying a book I pre-ordered is shipping a month early Smiley Smiley Smiley It's going to be perfect for one of my partners. I might have to change gears for my return trip and work on a different hoop so I can go through my new book when I get home!
