I've usually been lucky with my partners - not always the same taste, but always close enough to easily get a vision of what I want to do. Maybe it hasn't always worked out, but I think it's been okay Cheesy The only times it's been difficult has been when my partner has barely given any info at all, only referred to things I've never heard of and that's extremely hard to research (say that the only thing you list as liking is a local musical - I can look up the words online even if it's vague, but not the mood, colors or music), and has barely responded to PMs.

This time I only had to read the questionnaire though, a single word that told me what to do theme wise, and then some pinterest browsing narrowed it down to an exact choice Cheesy (No, it's not on your pinterest, I just knew what do to!)

Though having said that I have to ignore my own certainty and quick choice, otherwise I'll get swap nerves and I'll think it'll magically be a specific thing my partner doesn't like for some reason, though I'm quite certain it'll be brilliant Wink And a small part of me fears that it's just this fever I've been having all week that's making me go slightly bonkers! Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and find that my clever, intricate idea turns out to only have been "paprika". (That's a Nemi comic reference, I don't know if even a fraction of you get Nemi where you live so I felt I had to point that out -.- )

I started on it last night. I'm still a little wary that I won't have enough embroidery on it, but more of the "other", but I think my partner will still like it. I may try to "embellish" it a little more with some embroidery flair.

so...I think I am done...waiting on opinions from a couple people but I think it looks good as is and may look a little cluttered if I put anything else on there. Smiley
