Worth the wait!  A very complex-looking pattern, nicely stitched, in yummy yarn in a beautiful color...it will look great on Mare! Cheesy

That is really pretty, and you did a loevly job. I've stayed away from cables in the past, but you said the pattern is an easy one. Is it easy enough to be a first cable project? As to it being belated...Haven't you ever given a half finished project with promises to finish it quickly? I think everyone in my family has had at least one Christmas present with pins or needles still in it!

jigdancer, I think it would be a great project for learning cabling. There are only 2 cable stitches required for each right side row - one right and one left Smiley.

Cables are really easy once you get the hang of it! Give it a try!! Smiley
