This is a stop motion film that I made for an A&P project for my school. Including makeup, shooting, and editing, this project took about 20 hours, give or take an hour or two. When I was coming up with ideas for the project, I wanted to make it an independent project that didn't have that "highschool student biology project" feel to it so that I might be able to use it in the future. Unfortunately, however, three days is all I had to work on it, so there are some parts that could use improvement where I was running out of time or ran out of the makeup I needed, especially on the skull. Some of the makeup on the skull was rushed or incomplete because I ran out of white grease paint. This was also my first time doing a stop motion film, so taking my short time limit and my lack of experience into consideration, I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I hope you like it!

The makeup FX are almost completely done with black and white grease paint.

Also, if any of you are teachers, you're welcome to use this in your class!

Here are a few snapshots of the major parts:

The make-up is awesome! I love the shadow/hint of the teeth in the head shot.  Shocked

I'm about to start a stop motion unit in my computer art class that I teach and would love to share this. It's a group of middle school students.
