I've been sewing with a Kenmore for decades and never heard of a zigzagger.  I found a picture of one on ebay ($60 plus shipping), but there's no explanation--does it make a straight stitch machine do zigzag stitch?  That's wild!

My Kenmore is from 1971 and zigzags without an attachment, plus uses plastic cams to make fancy stitches.  So I would guess this attachment is the '60s or earlier.

You could try emailing the ebay seller and ask what machine it fits.

Thanks have asked but they don't seem to know .. but am still checking elsewhere also.. From what I have found out it does make your straight sewer able to do a zigzag stitch but am looking for the manual for it to to be sure..Thanks again..
