For New Years, my mom decided to make fruit pizzas and as she was getting the sugar cookie crust ready I asked if we could do little fruit pizza cookies instead.  So here they are!

Originally posted here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Mini-Fruit-Pizzas/

Ingredients:
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese - softened

and Fruit of Choice
Here is what I used:
- 16 oz Strawberry (estimate)
- 9 oz Blueberries (estimate)
- 11 oz can of Mandarine Oranges
- 4-5 Kiwifruits (estimate)

Bake cookies as you normally would.  Cover cookies with your cream cheese topping.  Finish them off with the fruit and that's it!

I had to stop making fruit pizza because I was eating the whole pan at once lol. I always liked to sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top of mine.
