Welcome to Night Vale things often include images of an eye with a moon in the pupil, so for some reason I decided to make a plushie eyeball version of the WTNV logo. It serves absolutely no purpose, and I totally love it ~____^

Making an eyeball is pretty easy, since it's really just a sphere. I started with the pupil, changed to purple for the iris, changed to white for the majority of the eyeball, and then changed to red right at the bottom where I closed it up (after stuffing it with polyfill). I used a pattern for the crescent moon applique which was designed by Zaaynab Le'Von (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/crochet-crescent-moon--star).

The nerves coming out of the bottom are just lengths of chain stitch, the larger one in the middle is chain stitch with one row of single stitch. I left the tails on the chain stitch lengths and used a piece of yarn to bundle them together.

It now has a home on our couch, which is getting rather crowded with plushies! ^____^

Love it!  Though I'd hate to deal with the monster that big of an eyeball came from!

I have boxes of vintage piano music.  Some as old as 1890's!  PM me if you'd like some!
