Have you seen Leethal Knits?  She's got some really awesome mitten patterns.

I do! I have a couple of them on my long list of mittens. Whether they made the cut in the hole selection phase I can't remember. I did cut many amazing patterns because I had more than one containing the same special thing.

The Mitten Project is a year of mittens! Each week a new mitten and you get to choose which ones should be knit. In the end three pairs will be given away to you readers.

id like to make these and some flamingo socks for my mom Ill have to try to do it Smiley just curious were they hard to do? I have never made anything with a pattern like this most of the things I make are basic
