Me too! I really liked it because you got something VERY usable in the end. Everyone needs a new purse, right? LOL!

AND, the usuable thing (the purse) was filled with more usuable things-like travel tissues, gum, etc...

I'm organizing the Quilt Block Swap, as someone mentioned, and also the Novelty FQ Swap. Both have open sign ups right now.  ETA - oh yoy're in the FQ one already! Smiley

I've done an apron swap in the past. I'd possibly be up for something like a wrap skirt too. And someone was floating the throw pillow covers swap idea a couple months ago but it didn't pan out.

I'm partial to sewing as well. Smiley

I used to sew these rockin' wrap skirts, reversible, when I was a young teen. I would so love to recreate &/or find &/or swap.
I'll keep my eyes on this thread.

I was in the make a purse & fill it. I loved that one!!  Cheesy   I made a shoulder purse & embroidered a elephant on the front & made a small TM bag & a lot of other things. It was my first swap on craftster. I had so much fun. There was a Basket Swap & a Apron swap too. I don't usually do Clothes. I can make them just not as fun. I did make me a poodle skirt once. I think I have reverseable wrap skirt pattern, haven't made it yet.

So, who's up for organizing this wonderful swap?

Easy for me to say, I know.  I don't want to organize it.   Tongue

But I do hope someone will step up to.  If they do, I may consider being co-org, if need be.

It DOES seem like there's a lot of interest in this swap.

I think the fill a purse swap is a great idea but I'm not as into it, just because I am SO picky about the purses I carry but I am thinking that I will organize something else in a few weeks. Possibly the craft with a fat quarter swap or i <3 to sew. I'll keep you all posted.
