I get them from a wholesale website. I did a quick search for etsy shops located in the USA first, but I didn't find any who offer those settings)

Thank you for sharing! Seeing them without the raccoon, I now recognize them as something I have seen before in jewelry supply sections at Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc.

You're lucky then =) In Germany you hardly ever find them in craft stores, so you have to get them online.
