I usually have a background story to go with my projects but I just can't think of anything to say about this except that I saw this kit, liked it, bought it and made it.  Each panel is about 6" x 11", which is much smaller than I thought when I purchased it so it looked rather funny in the place I planned to hang it but I was able to find a different place.

           

I machine quilted around each letter (using the applique stitch) and that seemed to take forever and then all the snowman, mitten, skate and ski detail I did by hand.  Here's a closer picture of each panel:
