You go girl!  I have one that's 90% hand quilted since about the same time.  LOL  Carpal tunnel is keeping me from tackleing the finish.  Guess my daughter will inherit this UFO. Grin

thanks hon...wow 90% hand quilted..that is amazing..I certainly wouldn't have had the patience for that!!!

I congratulate you. It may not be the most beautiful or perfect. I feel it tells a story, not necessarily the fabrics themselves, but as a whole.  You accomplished so much and whether you liked it or not, it was always there with you. Let it be a strong positive for you, something you started and kept going, a wonderful accomplishment, especially in todays world where so many give up so easily. It is a life story of a different kind.

thank you so much, those are beautiful words...actually I am learning to like this quilt after all. it is on the spare bed and I see it every day..I need to pause at it a little more and appreciate the journey that it represents..thanks
