I joined a cake of the month stitch along. January's cake was very pale and "snowy". It is on a pale blue background with pastels and white.

Very pretty!  The colors are very frosty and winter-wonderland-y.  How big is it?

Looking to de-stash cross stitch magazines, particularly Cross Stitch Gold or New Stitches?  Please drop me a line!  I'd love to swap or buy some missing from my library!

Cake of the month?  Brilliant!  What will you do with them when you've got 12?  January is lovely!

Thanks everyone! It actually went pretty fast. I did it over the weekend. I am going to frame all of them and make a little calendar on the wall with a sign above it that says, "Have your cake and eat it too."

This is such a cute idea, and I like your idea for putting a sign over them at the end.

The colors are very subtle and remind me of winter. Perfect for January. Smiley
