Beads of Courage is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. They provide innovative, arts-in-medicine supportive care programs for children coping with serious illness, their families and the health care providers who care for them. For more information please visit www.beadsofcourage.org

Here is how you can donate:

Bead designers/makers can create their own beads and send in. Read the guidelines/tips first here http://www.beadsofcourage.org/pages/beadartists.htmbefore making any kind of beads.

If you are not a bead maker you can still donate manufactured beads and send to the same address. You can also give money donations.

I have pictured an example of what a child's beads courage looks like. It's actually mine from 2007. Even the littlest of things like beads brightens their days tremendously and keeps them smiling during the toughest of times.

Thanks for checking it out. God Bless

We collect these and we also have Bravery Beads only because we started with the BB ones and then the hospital changed programs! We LOVE this program and have some really nice beads from them.

wow, looks like you've been through a lot of procedures, I hope you are well now.
Thanks for posting this, this is a great group; I donated a box of beads when de-stashing before a cross-country move and the organizers were tremendously grateful.

I'm healthy now, thanks to organ donation. I'm really happy you could donate a box of beads! Smiley

They have a Facebook page if anyone wants to "like" Just search Beads of Courage.
