I received some WONDERFUL things from Miss Barbara today! Oh my goodness I feel so spoiled! My phone isn't letting me upload photos so I have to wait until tomorrow to post some from my camera, as it's on loan. 

She crocheted a lovely scarf, cowl, and an infinity scarf, with matching fingerless gloves, all out of the lovliest yarn ever! She also made my daughter a hat and scarf, and sent some cute extras along too. Pics to come!

I have been horrible and haven't posted my pics of my super soft super thick and warm scarf from nolansmomster.  I love it!!  Its the perfect coloours and so soft and warm.  She also sent us lots of stickers (not all of them are pictured) a ball of sashay yarn, I haven't tried this yarn yet, and lots of socks.  I LOVE the socks, I may try to wear them, but they're what the cool kids wear now and theres no matching pairs.  I've seen my sons little gfs come over with socks that don't match.  If I don't wear them, they're so cool that I could probably make some neat sock monkeys too.

I need details!  Is the scarf crochet or knit and what stitch? It is gorgeous!

I don't know!! I think its loom stitched, it feels like its double thick, but it might just be the bulky yarn, it IS gorgeus!!!

The scarf is done on a knitting board with a figure 8 stitch. I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Quick and Thick. It got longer than I intended, but better too long than too short!

I am looking hard at those knitting boards and looms...just for something different...that scarf is just so pretty...thanks for sharing...

I think I got so many good ideas and patterns here...I have to admit, my most favorite was the circles scarf...I had never seen that technique and it just intrigued me enough to try it soon....
