So many pretty scarves.  I like the green and black set that can be worn together.  And the star wars scarf is great too!

I received my beautifully knitted scarf from alwaysinmyroom today!

It's a beautiful, soft yarn.  I am so lucky.

Me snuggly wuggly...

(ignore the tank top, it's 19 degrees out, so I NEED this scarf!)

Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.

It's here! It's here! I was so excited to get my package from craftsunderground. The scarf is everything that I asked for and more. I wanted something that I could wear inside at work, kind of funky, and aqua. The yarn is so incredibly soft and the zigzag stitch is really cool. We also decided to swap Teesha Moore patches so I was excited to see my steampunk inspired patch. Thanks craftsunderground.

I agree, the gallery is blooming with very cool neckwear!

Soooooo......I'll add to it!

I got my package yesterday from Thimbles71 and was soo happy!

I love these types of hoods and they are superfun to make. Sorry if the great crochet cables aren't coming out very well in the pictures. My camera doesn't like red for some crazy reason...

The hood got to go to knit nite last night. Here it is on the t shirt mannequin.

And here it is on me

It's a very solid crochet, and with all the REALLY cold weather we've been getting here in Minnesota it's not going to let a tsunami through!
Not sure what type of yarn though. Feels a bit like a wool?

Thank you Rita for making me this lovely red hood!!!

I received a most awesome scarf from Artmomto5, and you surely are an artist, artmom. The scarf is made from many different circles from felted wool sweaters. I couldn't love it any more. It is so creative and just so me. On to the pictures. I couldn't get a good one of me wearing it, so my antique dressmaker dummy is my stand-in (the old with the new.)

First, in all its colorful glory--wrapped round and round.

How I wore it today. See the cute needlefelted polka dots at the end? So cute!

And, now to show how long it is--once to the floor and 1/2 time around again.

Thanks for being a great swap partner.

Teesha Moore inspired patches--anyone want to swap?

Please excuse me for not modeling them!  It's a balmy 61 F out today!!

I love all these jewel tones-- my faves!  Thank you, Quaggy!!!

-> Stride "Sweet Cinnamon" If you have it in your area, will you PM me?  My mother loves it, and we can NEVER find it in our stores here.  Will negotiate for some!
