What great scarves! I am awaiting Barbara's still, and! I sent mine out yesterday. Yes, days late because I totally GOOFED and read the send out date wrong and thought it was the 13th. Oy!

Yay it's my turn, i received a lovely package from our Co organizer, annigirl22. She crocheted a beautiful flowey scarf, an adorable matching head band with flower embellishment, and a pink wash cloth that will definitely get used!  Thank you Annigirl22, I love it all and you were such a fun, sweet partner

 I received a beautiful perfect just what I was looking for scarf from Murbeck!!! I'm so excited. my baby sister said I looked like an owl when I put it on, cause I snuggled on up to it. I love love love it!!!

Love that green scarf....looks so cozy!

  I'm sad, looks like my partner may have flaked on me.  She hasn't had any communications with the organizers in over a week and her name is in red (meaning not sent yet).  Maybe life has thrown her a curve and I know that happens, but you just hope that your partner communicates if something is going to keep them from sending (even if it's a late send).

oh well............I guess I'll wait a few more days to see what transpires......... ................

I received from the talented flyraeven today!

Since I cannot take and post photos, I am going to post a description of the scarf:

It is made out of brown flannel, machine sewn around the edges, with about a half inch left unsewn. 
On one end of the scarf, she sewed on pink, circular flowers, and green leaves, using blue embroidery floss.

It is an unusual scarf, and one that I think will look better and better the more it's worn, with the way it was made...kind of like those quilts!  (Hope you ladies get what I'm saying.  My brain seems to be mush right now!)

Thanks flyraeven!  (Oh, and DH says your package was sent parcel post...which would explain why it's taking so long, and that it should be to you by this Wednesday.  If it makes it to you, it will have been worth the wait!)

what is the stitch and is it crochet or knit?  You look ADORABLE!

Thanks alwaysinmyroom! you're so sweet. I took the picture I can't seem to get a good close up. I'm not sure what pattern Murbeck used, but it's so gorgeous. it's like a sideways ribbing or something. here's one in natural light.
