There are things it would never occur to me to put in either place that I would love now that I think about it... for instance, it would never cross my mind to put anything willed on my list of my pointers just because it seems hugely daunting to me... whereas someone with the skills might just go, "Meh... that'll only take an hour, and I have perfect fabric..." So I have to agree that my skills definitely influence both my questionnaire and my pinterest. By all means, do what feels right!

DH and I went to Manhattan today to meet up with DS and have lunch.  I've been wanting to go to the thrift stores there to see if I can find any goodies for swaps since DS started college in the city.  DS got his way today, however, and we ended up going to a bookstore.  I did end up getting some extras for the swap though.

I am open to receiving just about anything...I think I mentioned everything that I just cant use in my questionaire. My pinterest is also VERY swap friendly. The board names pretty much explain what I want, what I have made already, etc...

I got my partner...have stalked...planned my projects and have completed some of the large project and a liiiiittle bit of the medium. All the shopping is done. Unless I forgot anything. That happens to me alot.

The person I got partnered up with and I are kind of opposites as far as hobbies outside of crafting and what we like, but that just puts me up to a good challenge!  I have some ideas already.

my partner is amazing..and she has amazing pins...so inspiring..and being in a total crafty funk, that is hard to do at the moment...but I have two smalls one (OK I always over craft) and a good chunk of the large done...and all the prep done for the medium...and another extra is 90% done....

I might even send early if this continues!!

Wow, edelC!  I bought the supplies and started on a mediumish project tonight, but then took a look at what I did and what the photo looked like and I realized I did it wrong.  So I have to take it all apart and start again!

I managed to get on etsy and order something to use in my partners package.  Hoping it arrives by this coming weekend!
