Thank you for making this post!  This has helped me!  I picked up my spinning today (snow day here in NC) and I've been wondering a) how to set my twist and b) if I've over twisted it!  I'm so glad I'm not alone in stressing about my yarn!

Great Job! My first yarn looked a lot like yours, but now I can make all kinds of great yarns (not to toot my own horn), With enough practice, you will keep getting better and better. Also as far as how fuzzy the yarn is, that depends on the fibres used. Some types of fibre are prized for their fuzziness, like angora. Angora is so fuzzy, everything you knit or crochet with it will have a halo of fuzz around it.
