I've added a new mini canvas and some iPhone crossstitch cases to my shop!

I re-added this madder-dyed silk yarn that I think was in my shop last round:

madder silk yarn Sole Naturelle: 100% noil silk, approx. 8 oz., 900 yds., approx. 28 sts per 4" on US 1-3 or 2.25-3.25mm. Dyed with madder/alum, turned out a salmonish color, some variation in tone paler/darker. In skein form. (2)

This swap looks so fun! It's extra neat because things are already made, so you don't have to stress about getting them done before send out. When will the next one start? I think I'll start making some things and join next go round.

i need a better storage system for my COPIOUS circular needles.
any of you sewists wanna do me a solid?

mimiw made a sweet one:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=370051.msg4351274#msg4351274

and i like this book-style one: http://www.etsy.com/listing/90482078/circular-knitting-needle-storage-book

i am using small plastic sheet protectors and a small ring binder that is totally unable to close. even a new sewn cover that could hold the sheet protectors would be awesome. a soft cover with ties and some way to hold all the protectors in place.

anyone up to the task?

For some reason, the mimiw address goes to swiffer covers, but I found the post regarding her circular needle holder.  She has such a great sense of color and design!

I would be interested in making something like this, but prefer to install zippers rather than snaps.  Let me know what you think.
