On my old laptop I had a link to this great cross stitch blog. I no longer have the link and after much googling cannot find this great blog.

It was a lady somewhere in Europe - I cannot even remember what country - but feel like saying Holland or Finland - but could be totally wrong.

She used to post the most wonderful free patterns that she created. Heaps of beautiful samplers etc etc. She had a big following and would post photos of creations that people made using her patterns.

If anyone has any idea of the blog I am talking about, does it still exist and can you post the link?

Thank you

That is a wonderful blog! I definitely need to stitch up some of her patterns.

It sounds like Ria Lanser of Stofnest fame: http://stof-nest.blogspot.com/

She no longer produces free patterns, sadly. However, Her charts are only 2 Euros (About 2.70 US) for each chart she is producing now. She sometimes has a half off sale. I've bought many of her newest patterns before and she's really quick in emailing them to you and is a total sweetheart.

HTH! Smiley
