I'm hoping that MissingWillow will slip a chicken into my package. Do you think anyone at the Post Office would notice? Or maybe a lamb - that seems very Gorey-ish, somehow. Cheesy

Okay, first time swapper. Can someone give me some physical examples of what consitutes a small project and a medium one. I know we are meant to make two smalls and a medium, but I don't know what that would kinda be. I'm pretty sure I have a large and a medium in mind, but...Huh

The FAQ lists them as...

By Time
-Large = 3 or more hours
-Medium = 2 or more hours
-Small = 2 or less hours

By Size
-Large = A shawl, a shirt, a skirt, a set of jewelry with four to five items, a purse
-Medium = one single necklace or bracelet, a scarf
-Small = Earrings, stickers, wallets, pouches, bookmarks

By Price
-Large = $30 or more
-Medium = $10-$30 dollars
-Small = $10 or less

This is a pretty good guideline but I'd be inclined to say a medium would be more like 4 hours and a large 6 or more.... but I'm a slow craftster so I take that into account. This should be an enjoyable swap with little pressure. The goal should be making something well... no matter what the size. You can talk to your partner if you'd like some ideas I'm sure she'd be happy to give you some guidance.

Hoorah! I am so excited to be paired with sheepblue! I'm not letting myself get planning for this swap though, until my other ones are checked off! Book lovers swap will go out tomorrow, and I'm already down 1 of 2 hoops. So 1 more hoop then Gorey-palooza! Smiley Smiley Smiley
