Glad it got to you ok, PurplePaisley! I am always so paranoid when mailing things.

Here are pictures I took of the fabric before I mailed it. I really wish I had more time and could use it all, but I am very happy it went to a good home and it will finally find use.

also I am going to try to rush to the PO now with my thank you, hoping they dont close on me. If they do I will mail tomorrow! I finally have my car back from the shop. Yay

Some really great swap packages. Sent Sheepblue some of my fabric stash, but now I'm lusting after some of the fabrics other people sent.  Think it still counts as destashing if I fill the newly emptied spaces with new stuff? I'm such a fabricaholic!

Nina - the sewing trims were from my mother's stash. My dad loved auctions, so I'm not sure if the trims were things Mom bought, Dad got at an auction, or a blend of the two. I loved the labels (and the prices) and thought you might also since you like vintage. The yarns and needlework supplies were things I had bought when my dds were young (They're 28 and 32 now), so they're becoming vintage, aren't they? Did you notice the $.15 price on some of the thread??? Wish DMC thread was still that cheap!

k- that's awesome - family heirloom trims and embroidery goods.  I am totally with you on the destash only to replace.  (its one of many reasons that i use to justify new purchases!!)
