As a non knitter when my own children were born, I never had the know how to knit booties !
But now that my friend has the cutest wee man, I am in boot heaven !
Found this incredible easy pattern online, where the boots get knitted fairly easy on 2 needles (though I ended up using a third every now and then)   http://www.thingsforboys.com/2011/09/knitted-baby-uggs.html
And in an afternoon - in between listening to my own children, taking them swimming and cooking a mighty fine crumble - I have managed to knit up these Smiley

LATEST project - I'm compiling a "handed down" recipes boom and so if I get you in a swap, would you be so kind to find a recipe from your childhood. type it up - if you want to decorate, then please do :

Jolene, those are sooo cute!  I do NOT really know how to kit or crochet, so I am jealous of your skills!

Would love to swap for art of my fur babies

Those are just too cute and it is always awesome when you can make something rather quickly! Nice work!
