I am totally loving the gallery! Just now hating the cards I have done, but not enough time to redo so I apologise to my partners Sad

I received from geekgirl1000100 today - it had been dropped in the snow by the postie, but someone found it and brought it round Smiley.

Unfortunately the envelope was soaking wet, so glad the cards were wrapped in a magazine page and they are only a bit damp. I will take photos tomorrow when they are dry.

I received from leather and lace today - first of all sorry for the glare-y photos, my apartment is very dark, even on sunny days. And sorry also for the mega photos - I don't know how to do that cool side-by-side thing.

Love, love, LOVE all the little sketches and "The Thinker" image.

The backs:

Instructions to go with prompts on front.

And the back of these two:

So many thought-provoking and art-provoking ideas. Wow - I'm going to be busy! Thanks so much Sadie!

And here is my set so far - I made a set for myself of the ones I sent out. I always say I'm going to do this in swaps and I rarely do so I'm glad that I did it this time!

And may I be the first one to say that we HAVE to do this swap again? I have sooooo many more ideas after seeing all the ways people made their cards...I love the see-through aspect on some of the cards. I covered all of mine but next time I'll use gesso and smaller images and collages.

I totally agree--- it is a very easy swap to commit to because the cards are so small, but you have so many partners and get sauch a variety back! It's very rewarding. I second a round 2!

I did my side-by-side shots using Picmonkey.com. It's basically Picnik reborn. I edit some of them with the editor, and then they have a collage feature that I used to do the side-by-sides. Very easy and produces great results, for a free online editor.
