Hi all, Ive been on etsy with my store open for 2 weeks now, almost 600 views and lots of favourites, but no sales!

I find that people love my stuff at markets face to face. But not alot of interest in purchasing on-line.

What am I doing wrong? Do you think my stuff is on the wrong platform of selling? Are my pictures horrendous? I know they arent all uniform but Im working on it. Is it ok for the backgrounds to be different? If they match?
Im in about 5 teams and I post regularly, I am in 2 forums with my etsy site in the signature, I dont know what else I can do! Is my stuff too similar to whats out there? Blah : /

But mostly, I think it is the huge international shipping cost being a downer for me being in Australia. Any tips or input would be appreciated! Brutal honesty on why you think I have no sales yet is perfectly fine!!!!!  Wink

Thanks! Yes i did do a couple things differently...

-joined more teams, and became more active in team threads/posts
-added wayyy more items = more chances to be found
-brightened and edited my photos, to look more inviting and clear
-talked in the forums, asking and answering questions
-made treasuries of other people's items!

and i also think time, patience & persistence helps too :-)
