Sorry, folks; things have gotten a little chaotic here. We already have a sender and receiver, so want you to be able to post photos. I'll update status tomorrow.

I received from texscrapper yesterday! I was super stoked when I found out she was the sewing partner of our swap trio. We exchanged in the December Birthday swap so I already knew that her skill with a sewing machine was to die for. Grin Anyways, here is what she made me!

Vintage style dishtowels!

They go PERFECTLY in my 50's inspired kitchen. I love them! Thank you, texscrapper!

Oooh I love those!  I have a set that was made for me in a past swap that I love.  I particularly like the ones in the middle, they would fit right in with my kitchen Wink

I received from texscrapper too! SO lovely. Thank you so much tex.
I grocery shop a lot on the way home from work in Seattle, where there is a plastic bag ban. I HATE how if I forget my canvas bag the bagger shoves everything into one paper bag. I had a cashier try to put ant bait next to my spinach once and I was not very pleased.
These will be SO perfect.

I love reusable shopping bags! I get so frustrated when cashiers force me to take plastic when I tell them I don't need a bag "because it's the rule." those are very nice and I love how they roll up and close.

Great job, Tex! Really like the way you've created a fastening system for the bag when it's folded up. Makes it even more practical.
