They are everywhere, depending on what you are looking for. Pinterest is a great site to find diy and tutorials.

I would also look at sites like

beadingdaily.com
beadandbutton.com
beaducation.com
beadwork.about.com
bead-pattern.com

They have a lot of free resources, as well as pay-for patterns

You may also want to do specific searches for the type of jewelry you want to make - wire wrapping, metal work such as soldering, forming, resin, bead embroidary, bead weaving/netting, polymer clay, lampworking, chainmaille are some that come to my mind right now - can you be a bit more specific about the type of jewelry you want to make?

Also try looking at supplier sites - many of them have projects or tips on jewelry making, to sell their product and inspire their customers as well - just do a little search on their sites

Try general craft store sites as well, like Michaels as they have projects and tips on their sites, and their forums have good links too.  There are some tutorials on Craftster as well.

This can probably help you get started, but there are so many other ways to find projects and patterns like following pins on pinterest, following the blogs of some favourite artisans, or other crafters.  Also, if you have a local craft store, crafting group, or bead store, they offer workshops and classes too, and the hands on learning can be invaluable - I just could not figure out viking knit and how to properly do it until I did a hands on workshop.  See if there is a local craft guild as well, as they may have classes or share techniques/information in their meetings/forums as well.  Some areas have jewelry or beading specific guilds or societies as well.
