Evening everyone,
This is my first piece that I've posted on here and I'm so excited/nervous to show people! It's a Wee Little Stitches pattern which I've taken some liberties with.

David was my first Doctor. He is wonderful, yes?

It's for a friend but I'm a little unsure of how I'm going to present it...maybe on a padded board?

Anyways, I'd love your thoughts, critiques, etc Smiley

This is GREAT!!! I've been thinking of doing a Doctor Who stitching for my sister for her birthday. This is so wonderful. I'm a big fan of framed cross stitch and embroidery. Maybe find a futuristic looking frame to put it in. Your friend is going to love it!

Hmm, you never forget your first doctor certainly.  Undecided

For many of the somewhat older generation in the UK, the doctor's monsters still haunt their nightmares! I still have 2 episodes that haunt me, one from Jon Pertwee and another from Tom Baker.

Having said that, about 30 cough cough years later, Doctor Who remains the major reason I own a television set! Grin Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Thanks! I really enjoyed making it...so much so that I have to make a second for my other BFF!

A silvery frame would look good I think but I'm not very sure on how to frame cross stitches short of sending it away and getting it done professionally!
I suppose I'll just have to do some research  Cheesy

Awesome!  I just bought a t-shirt that had that same phrase.  I wish I would've had this instead!  Great work!
