I have now finished 2 quilts and have one top that will be finished today! After this third quilt I am going take a break from quilting!

This is going to be a baby quilt for one of my coworkers who is having a boy in a month! She has no clue about the quilt and hope she likes it!

I love how I did the back with the scraps!

I need to take some better photos of it but we are having a bad ice storm and it is way too cold to be outside!

The colors are fabulous and work so well in the pattern you chose! The scrap pieces on the back side adds more character to that side! I'm sure your co-worker is going to love it! And thank you so much for the link to the tutorial, maybe one of these days I'll be able to try it out myself ^_^

I had a great time making it! It is an easy project to cut out with the Fat Cats ruler.

I am all about using fat quarters, and only get them on sale at Joann's!

Gorgeous!  It looks like rippled water.  I'm sure she's going to love it and the baby will cherish it forever and ever.

Wow.  The colours are so serene.  I'm sure that the baby's parents will love that!
