Not very long ago I made this little Edward Gorey for the wicked children altoid swap...

When people stop by my studio, it's the piece most mentioned.

"Is Edward here?"

Dear Edward Gorey and his work would be a great swap theme. No?

Long craft time. One med + two small... maybe a rhyme too.

Who's in?

Oh my goodness! Edward Gorey!  Cheesy

Normally I'm not into the darkly gothic stuff. But I do like Edward Gorey! His illustrations always intrigued me because they seem to tell a story. Although just what that story might be remains a mystery! Illustration is one of my most favorite forms of art!  Grin

Oh oh!! I'm already getting ideas!! When might this swap happen?

I have a lot going on right now, but if the stars align, I'll be a joiner. If not, I'll definitely be the creepy swap stalker that you'll all have to deal with.  Cheesy

"S is for Susan who perished of fits!"

BTW - I'm Susan and I love Edward Gorey.

But timing is everything so we'll see if it works out.

I love Edward Gorey but find the thought of making something in his style a bit intimidating.
