MmMmm, delicious crunch!  These are so easy to make.

My ingredients:
Cucumber
Turkey breast (I heat and crisp mine)
Tomatoes
Banana peppers
Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb
No Salt (sodium replacement)
Dijon mustard

Steps
Remove the ends.
Slice lengthwise.
Run a spoon down the center of each half to remove the seeds.  I also peeled mine a bit to remove some of the bitterness, but still retain some of those yummy nutrients as well.
Fill with whatever you'd normally put on a sandwich.

Totally inspired by Make the Best of Everything. Kiss

Zuchi makes such a great baked bread!  Pile it with sauce, pepperoni and toppings and it's a pizza boat.
